Skin Game Changers: Anti-Aging Creams

Skin Game Changers

The search for the ‘best’ skin changing skincare can be a constant, expensive battle, thankfully, I’ve done it for you! Here are my top five skin wonder products that really do make a difference.

1. Skin Design London Retinol 01 Crème
A new skin player, but completely amazing! I have been using this nightly for the past few months and my complexion has really evened out and brightened. I also love the texture – it hydrates without feeling greasy. It is also super gentle so a great way to incorporate the essential anti ager Retinol into your routine without fear of redness or flakey patches.(Extreme sensitive skins should always patch test everything first behind their ears at least 48hrs before use)

2. Dr.Levy, Intense Stem Cell Décolletage Regenerating Silk
Ok, so this does carry a hefty price tag, so not for those who don’t want to spend trillions on a neck cream, HOWEVER (and a big however) if like two of my clients – who have been trialling this for me- you have got to the point where you are so unhappy with your neck and décolletage that you have been considering surgery, this is a brilliant, and much more natural alternative, therefor well worth the money. Don’t get me wrong, a cream is not surgery, however you will see marked improvements to the texture and density of skin and when you consider the incredible research, ingredient listing and Dr behind this brand, you can definitely see it is highly priced for a reason.

3. LA Roche-Posay Effaclar DUO (+)
I have so much confidence in this range as I have seen it help so many clients control acne and blemish outbreaks. The absolute game changer when it comes to helping acne / blemish prone skin is Effaclar DUO (+), an anti blemish cream which helps to unclog pores, diminish blemishes and refine skin texture, yet it’s gentle enough for even sensitive skin.

4. Vichy Neovadiol Compensating Complex Concentrate Serum
An almost one of a kind product that has been designed to help menopausal skin that, amongst other things, can loose volume and radiance. This serum does genuinely appear to bring a fresh, plumpness to skin, a client of mine has even swapped her uber expensive luxury pot of cream with this serum as she was so pleased with the results after one bottle.

5. Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II
I began my beauty career on the Estée Lauder counter 18 years ago at the tender age of 20, and being so young, I did not truly appreciate the desperation of ladies and gents coming to the counter to restock their serums as they could not possible go a night without using. After I turned 30 I began using it for myself, I saw what all the fuss was about, it is a truly exceptional serum that works over time to keep your skin healthy and fresh to help hold back the years!

Don’t forget, in an ideal world the key to great skin is routine so drink lots of water, remember to cleanse and tone nightly, use your creams every day and night(and always SPF in the day), try to get plenty of sleep (not always possible I know!) and most importantly don’t forget to smile – which in itself can take at least five years off you!
